DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

The Director of Business Development will spearhead AMPLY’s market adoption by leading fleet operators in the country. Educate prospective clients on the impact of electric refueling, both operationally and financially. Vet potential projects and work with the analyst team for project financial evaluation.  Explain analysis results, pricing, and impact to clients; close sales. Build relationships with national accounts and fleet operators. Become the electric energy domain expert for fleets transitioning to electric vehicles.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental sciences, or business

Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in renewable energy sales, targeting large public or private sector key accounts

Knowledge of utility regulations, federal, state, and local incentive programs.

Strong track record of closing sales

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING

The Director of Engineering will drive AMPLY’s product development across hardware and software systems. Build highly scalable and robust architecture to accommodate dynamic EV charging standards. Non-nonsense, hands-on approach to creating highest uptime and quality while optimizing for efficiency and cost. Manage onsite and remote teams across product design, mechanical, electrical, and software engineering. 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering

Minimum 5 years experience in complex product design, mechanical or electrical integration of power electronics 

Track record of delivering products that stand the test of tim

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

The Director of Operations will drive AMPLY’s project management and deployments. Build highly robust and fault-tolerant EV fleet charging facilities. Set corporate procedures for project delivery and performance. Interface with local electric utilities and EPC contractors during project execution. Manage large-scale capital and operations/maintenance budgets and associated personnel. 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering

Track record of creating the rules and guidelines (instead of following)

Track record of delivering projects on time and on budget

Minimum 3 – 5 years of successful solar, energy storage, or EV charging infrastructure deployments

Strong EPC contractor relationship
